Back in Gabs

April 18, 2010

I’m back! We’re back. It’s been fun, gallivanting around the countryside, seeing what we can see. Turns out, not a lot when it’s raining, but it was lots of fun any way.

There are so many things to do, places to stay, and options to try in Botswana, that you’re really only limited by your time, budget and personal inclinations. I’ve been lucky enough to have two little tours around (thanks to visitors arriving separately) so I’ve been able to see more than I hoped – although I’ve still not made it to the north, the Delta or the Kalagadi – but you never know…

This is what we did:

Tour One:
1. Mosetlha Bush Camp, Madikwe Reserve, South Africa
2. Khama Rhino Sanctuary, Serowe, Botswana
3. Stevensford Game Reserve, Tuli Block, Botswana.

Tour Two:
1. Mokolodi Nature Reserve, Gaborone, Botswana
2. Stevensford Game Reserve, Tuli Block, Botswana
3. Kwa-Tuli Private Game Reserve, Tuli Bock, Botswana
4. Nata Lodge, Nata, Botswana.

I’ll be reviewing the lodges and activities soon so why not sign up to have posts delivered directly into your inbox?
